Refund Policy
How it works
The ₹100 unlocks your full review. If you’re not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of payment — no reason required.
How to request
Open Profile → Returns & refunds in the app, or email refunds@maximoney.app from your registered email. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Timelines
Approved refunds are initiated immediately and typically reflect in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or UPI provider.
Recurring plans
If you’re on a recurring plan, you can cancel anytime; the first charge remains fully refundable within the 7-day window and future charges stop.
Partner charges
Any fees charged directly by a bank, insurer or distributor are governed by that partner’s own terms and are separate from MaxiMoney’s ₹100 fee.
